Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a mental health condition characterized by a persistent combination of difficulties, including trouble paying attention, hyperactivity, and impulsive behavior.

The six main symptoms of ADHD are:

  1. Hyperactivity and Impulsiveness:
    • Difficulty remaining seated, particularly in calm or quiet environments.
    • Constant fidgeting or restlessness.
    • Inability to concentrate on tasks.
    • Engaging in excessive physical movements.
    • Excessive talking.
    • Acting impulsively without considering the consequences.
